This morning I did 20 mins of Yoga, and tonight I walked 60 mins on the treadmill. I'm only 4.2 lbs away from my Christmas Day mini goal of 175 !! Whoo hoo!

I'm been doing a lot more remote legal work than I expected. The end of the year is always a big push so I have neglected my hiking time and horseback time.

I forgot to post about my NSV yesterday so here it is. I bought my wedding dress last week. At the middle of last month I was a size sixteen, and my dress was is a size fourteen and it fits! Note: my wedding dress is not your typical wedding dress. The colors mean a lot to me. It is green (the color of kidney disease) for my brother who is doing chemotherapy three days a week for kidney failure. Along with a hot pink satin sash (for breast cancer) for my friend, future mother in law, and grandmother in law. Both mother and grandmother in law have beat breast cancer; and my friend is fighting for her life.
I love this. Both of those are close to my heart as well. I donated my kidney last year and it’s so amazing to see the guy who has it now be able to do things that his disease had prevented while he was on dialysis. Plus one of my close friends has beaten breast cancer twice now and is such an inspiration in how positive she always is despite the fact that one of her implants is compromised so she needs yet another surgery next year to correct it.6 -

We had a travel day and couldn't fit in a proper workout but will give myself the thumbs up for exercise as i did manage to get 7500 steps.

Nsv: longer hikes, less huffin n puffin on those hills, held a leg in the air dance pose for longer, and saying no to 2nd plates. I’ll double dip into nachos and fries and challenged myself to stop that this month. 🦄👏🏿✅✅✅4
