    Nsv: longer hikes, less huffin n puffin on those hills, held a leg in the air dance pose for longer, and saying no to 2nd plates. Iโ€™ll double dip into nachos and fries and challenged myself to stop that this month. ๐Ÿฆ„๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฟโœ…โœ…โœ…

    A donut and a quesadilla got me. Not at the same time, that would be gross. :D when I'm really heads down at work I tent to eat mindlessly whatever is they, and that's what got me, really.

    UHOH...not happy to have to post this...but the 16th ended up being a big pass day. Old pattern of trying to deal with a loved one's issues through food reared it's ugly head. I am nipping it...but it was a reminder of how easily that old pattern tries to sneak back in without intentional focus on goals. I was also not sleeping like I should after a couple of nights of vivid dreams...and work was (thankful for the blessing...just hasn't been the norm this year) crazy this past week. I found that I had to remember what it was like to plan meals ahead a little better when I have to be out of the house alot. 15 pet care stops for my business...in additiona to caring for my family and I ... and the additional pets boarding with us... So - I have my brain straightened out again. Planning is back on the plate.

    @dsgoingtodoit Old patterns do return way to easily. :'(

    Pass day #3. I got a good amount of exercise shoveling this morning but I ate too much. Mindlessly snacked on honey roasted almonds while snuggling with my dogs watching the Crown most of the day.

    Had my first, and hopefully, only binge day in 16 days.

    It is always hard to stay on track during this season. Its good for us to keep in mind that it is a season and not to be a lifestyle.
