My fav thing yesterday was doing hill sprints with a warm-up run that was longer than 2 miles (which may as well have been infinity to me mentally since I haven't run that long - especially not spontaneously - in a decade AND it was -8 Celcius so I had on two layers of... everything) but I needed to burn off some energy on an active rest day so 🤷🏿♀️
