    @MaltedTea Thank you. 😊 Here is a collage of my dress, sash, rings, and flowers. We will be adding another ring (same as the top) for my bonus son on the bottom of my wedding set. The flowers my oldest (he's 16) made for me with a hot pink ribbon holding them together.

    I am hoping to lose another 19-25 pounds in 12 1/2 weeks. This month so far I've lost 8 pounds and 9 inches over all.

    Today was pass day #4.

    But what a wonderful day! Family ski trip- my husband, stepdaughter (21yrs) and father in law met up on the mountain as a safe way to spend time together for the holidays.
    Lol we laughed until we cried watching wipe out videos afterwards while opening our stockings (masked, sitting apart and being safe). Just an absolute joy to be together.

    I did not log - I ate a bunch of trail mix but a very reasonable dinner. Still I’m sure I’m over.

    Late entry but my fav thing TODAY is @Pearl0408's pictures! Thank you for sharing!

    My fav thing yesterday was doing hill sprints with a warm-up run that was longer than 2 miles (which may as well have been infinity to me mentally since I haven't run that long - especially not spontaneously - in a decade AND it was -8 Celcius so I had on two layers of... everything) but I needed to burn off some energy on an active rest day so 🤷🏿‍♀️
