    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, the same, many hours slow walking and disinfecting public areas due to the virus, plus carrying some heavy things for upper body strength (the last is not required). Practiced walking meditations.

    I'm grateful for my meditation practice and spiritual life. grateful for nature, for this Earth, and for good friends.

    We went out for an early dinner so we could be outside before it got too cold and the menu helpfully had calorie counts for many dishes so I was able to order something within my limits. It's shocking how caloric many restaurant dishes are.

    I walked with my boys, cleaned a bit and did a 30 min tabata + abs workout. What a good night's sleep can do! 😃 In fact, the more I sleep, the more I seem to need it 😁. Almost 200 cal left, just about to cover possible innacuracies in logging. 😃
