I'm grateful for my husband, who goes to work in a hospital M-F. He's in IT and has to go everywhere. He got an extremely mild case of COVID in June. But since then, he has turned 65,
and refuses to go to the COVID floor. His helper does that now.
And I'm grateful for those he works with, too, especially those actively helping to keep people alive. I know what it's doing to them all, but they keep going anyway.6 -

We went out for an early dinner so we could be outside before it got too cold and the menu helpfully had calorie counts for many dishes so I was able to order something within my limits. It's shocking how caloric many restaurant dishes are.4 -

I walked with my boys, cleaned a bit and did a 30 min tabata + abs workout. What a good night's sleep can do! 😃 In fact, the more I sleep, the more I seem to need it 😁. Almost 200 cal left, just about to cover possible innacuracies in logging. 😃4
