    @lalabank I admire and appreciate your honesty. Many of us are in the same boat -- I know I am. I have to watch myself all the time not to slip back into the same habits (in my case, eating a chocolate bar every day -- I'm a huge sugar fiend, but don't miss it when I don't eat it). Thanks for sharing here.

    @lalabank You are an inspiration to me! I'm always glad to see your posts. You already know that you can do anything you focus on accomplishing. You also know that if you do not focus, then no one is steering toward the goal.
