    Liked the Jan 1 diet thing, I can relate to that, but mine rarely lasted until the 3rd LOL!

    I am hoping to make the winner's circle, only used one pass day so far!

    I expect to be in the winner's circle.

    In a normal (non-pandemic) year, I would have struggled with food during the holidays like many people. All that great food goes with social events. However, I've been socializing as little as possible because I'm exposed to the public at work.

    Ten of my co-workers either have COVID-19 or are in quarantine because of their contacts with each other. So I stepped away from the social occasions this year because I don't want to expose my family and friends in case I'm asymptomatic. Instead, this has been a season for meditation for me. Hopefully, the vaccines will eventually turn the tide.

    Calories: Yes actually spot on, first time eating all exercise calories back, but I wasn't over on my calories.

    @lalabank Sorry to hear that you still continue to struggle with your weight loss journey. You have to pat yourself on the back though for loosing 100 pounds!

    I expect to use passes #2-3 while we're out of town simply because we'll be eating restaurant food. We'll return on the 31st and I'll do my best to not have to use a 4th pass which is doable.

    I am also sure I would have used all my passes by now in a regular year since there are normally a few parties and family gatherings to go to during December but this year we stayed home and none of the parties materialized for obvious reasons.

    All weekend was a pass. Definitely over in calories and didn't want to face the tracking. Additionally I hurt my back working out and sat around for two days to recover. Next week will be better as I'm feeling less pain!
