    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 1 hour and 46 minute trail run/walk. Nasty day here in Southwest Michigan, freezing rain.

    Happy new year all and congrats to those in the winners circle....amazing to do that in December!

    Starting strong with three yeses today- exercise was 20 minutes on my stationary bike (which is rehab for my knee which is recovering from surgery last month) and a gentle walk for 20 minutes. I love to exercise, and putting up with an injury and not being able to do any for months has been tough. Hoping that through January it will keep improving! Well done everyone so far!
