I jumped on the mini trampoline for 20 mins, then did 45 mins of c25k at 3.5 mph (and additional walking at 3.0 mph)
My January goals:
* to lose 6 more lbs in January (weight Jan 1 is 178. 5)
* I've lowered my carb goal to <40g/day; (in Dec it was at <50g/day)
* Keep my daily fitbit step goal at 15k per day
* continue my c25k program (I don't run, I "power walk" during the running times)
* min 60 mins of exercise every day (RESTING on Sunday if I need to).

Exercise: yes, bike 30 mins (freezing cold), walk 20 mins, cardio 40 mins.
Calories: yes, some estimating needed as lunch was a meal delivered from a local pub.

Goals:
I'd like to try to get out on my bike every day but the weather can make that difficult, so my minimum exercise goal is low impact cardio workouts - at least 30 minutes a day.

Starting strong with three yeses today- exercise was 20 minutes on my stationary bike (which is rehab for my knee which is recovering from surgery last month) and a gentle walk for 20 minutes. I love to exercise, and putting up with an injury and not being able to do any for months has been tough. Hoping that through January it will keep improving! Well done everyone so far!4 -
Today is a day I’ve been aiming towards for the past 5 years.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I began my journey 1/1/16 @ 228.3lbs
I hit normal BMI 166 July 2018.
I’ve lost more & maintained the past 2.5 years.🥗, averaging 157-154.4 per year.
I gained 5 lbs in 2019 & I worked hard to lose those 5 lbs in 2020!!! Yay!
This is a complete miracle - after many attempts over my lifetime. I am Very grateful to UAC, @ @RangerRickL, the Building Healthy Habits group, Noom, & my very supportive husband. After I maintained, he was inspired to shift his habits & now is maintaining a normal BMI, 38 lbs down.❤️

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No. I walked around the grocery store and across the big parking lot twice, but otherwise stayed off my feet. I pulled a muscle in my leg and took this as a rest day since I'm in pain.

Finally, as I've done on the first of every month thus far, I'll list my accomplishments. With the help of UAC participation over the past month, I've been able to:
* Lose 1% body fat
* Trend comfortably under 25% body fat percentage
* Increase my likelihood of having at least 40% daily protein consumption (from once a week in OCT to 2x weekly in NOV and then to an average of just over 3x weekly last month)
