    I have some leftover Prosecco from last night that I'm drinking this evening otherwise I would be much lower calorie-wise. I made black-eyed peas for dinner as it's supposed to bring good luck which we all could use this year. I grew up with this tradition so I always make it on New Years Day even though it's not my favorite type of legume.

    This month is my birth month, my fiancee's birth month and anniversary. This month I plan on boxing five days a week, yoga the other two days of the week, staying within my calorie goal, and drinking more water.
