What is your fav protein and how do you like it prepared?

For me it’s steak and I like it grilled with mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms yummy

    I think I gotta go with blue crab as my favorite, either in maryland style crab cakes or just straight out of the shell...though steak and crabcakes do make a great mix!

    A good steak is right up there. Although any smoked brisket is a big favorite too.

    Right now quorn chicken Fillet, brown rice and mixed veggies. I'd have butter if my calories allowed it....

    Fat free Greek Yoghurt is handy after workouts.
