What is your fav protein and how do you like it prepared?
For me it’s steak and I like it grilled with mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms yummy

I think I gotta go with blue crab as my favorite, either in maryland style crab cakes or just straight out of the shell...though steak and crabcakes do make a great mix!1
