    My non-scale victory is that this is day 17 of AIP diet: No processed food, no sugar substitutes, no nightshades, no coffee or chocolate, no beans(including green beans), no grains, no rice, no dairy, no eggs.

    We had sushi takeout tonight and after doing a lot of "research" it seems nigiri sushi is rather caloric. Plus we had nigori sake so it's hard to say what my calories were but it appears that the entire meal was about 1000 calories. Given that I still have one more snack this evening I think it's impossible that I'll stay within my limits. I typically eat two meals per day plus one late night snack because I'm a night owl and usually don't go to bed until 3-4am. I feel a little sad about using the pass since I had a pretty decent workout today.

    Another NSV is that it is obvious to me that I am in better spirits when I do a proper workout.

    Re insurance perks from yesterdays thread ... My insurance will pay 100% for up to 12 dietician visits per year. I'm currently taking advantage of that perk. If you have that benefit you might find it worth using.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! 30 min Athleanx and 15 min heavy bag. Pretty intense workout today. Makes up for my sloth day yesterday.

    So much easier to hit my goals on the weekends. I've got to force myself to make time during the week.
