Mash potatoes made with unsweetened almond milk y chicken broth topped with chest heated up

Lean stew meat fried in water only with seasoning lightly 5cal worth
Stuffing made with chicken broth y water only
Hamburger helper tetrazzini only used unsweetened almond milk y beef broth nothing else

Crystal light tea ☕️ y Gatorade zero y water to drink

Iceberg lettuce 🥬
Carrots
Walden 0cal dressing (not ranch one too eggy)
Salad topping 40cal cranberry bag mix

Think that’s all I’ll eat will see if I’m still hungry will figure out calories left over make a meal try to stay at 1200

    If still hungry will work my calories to get near 1200 mark

    Tetrazzini (hamburger helper only used beef broth y unsweetened almond milk)
    Lettuce
    Carrot 🥕
    boiled 🥚 egg
    Walden 0cal dressing
    Maple nuts cranberry 40cal salad bag toppers

    Tetrazzini same again
    Cheese sandwich in air fryer 2 slices wheat bread with 1 slice real cheese (not artificial one read labels 🏷 some aren’t what you think) with a tan of margarine on top.

    Crystal light tea ☕️,Gatorade zero, y water

    Snack unknown still will see what calories are left decide a treat

    1/2 a stick of Kit Kat the baby out in my mouth (sharing is caring lol 😂 hope it was clean).

    Yesterday was a cheat day 199cal over no snacks . A nacho casserole my moms recipe . Lime tortilla chips,hamburger meat cooked drained,drained Rotel brand tomatoes with chili’s in a can, cheese 🧀 (used the drained liquids to make today’s mash potatoes)
    Homemade guacamole on the side with Diet Coke 0cal. Gatorade zero 0cal small /5cal for a medium one/large unknown never bought one.Water

    Today
    Mash potatoes flavored Bacon (I did not add bacon it’s artificial flavor already in this) type110cal a serving tiny bag of it. Added drained Rotel y hamburger juice y boiled water to it in a Tupperware container stirred until fluffy. 5-6 baby carrots 🥕. Iceberg lettuce 1 serving topped with homemade guacamole. Later for Dinner the Nacho casserole of Moms with homemade guacamole on the side.
    Diet Coke y Gatorade zero my usual water.
    Remaining calories later in the evening will figure out what I feel like eating.

    Today 2 servings mash potatoes same as yesterday with unsweetened almond milk y beef broth.
    Carrot sticks 1 serving y homemade guacamole 1 serving.

    Dinner nacho casserole with side of guacamole

    Crystal light peach tea ☕️,water,Gatorade zero
    Leftover calories will figure out

    Tupperware container- olive oil,corn water from the can,1 serving pasta sauce to coat it

    Boil veggie spaghetti add to it drained
    Fry up corn in tap water

    For 2 meals. Crystal light peach tea,Gatorade zero, water
    Leftover calories will decide later

    Today my menu is coffee with my favorite flavored creamer.

    Lunch: Homemade chicken chili hot dog.

    Dinner: New York Steak with a dry baked potato.

    Dessert: Sugar free chocolate pudding (made with almond milk) and a dash of whipping cream.
