I’m heading away from cellphone signal for the weekend to go camping with my friends so I won’t be logging or checking in until Monday. (I’m back on Sunday lunchtime but as I’m going away without my man, I promised to spend the rest of the day with him).
Today was reasonable and included Jiu Jitsu but I still didn’t log my food. Probably was within a reasonable amount based on what I know from logging consistently.
For some reason everyone has been asking me about my dog the last couple of days. Not sure how that makes me feel. I do miss him. Luckily kitten is very cuddly so we miss the puppy together every evening.9 -

The best part about this challenge is that there is no "punishment" for missing days. But there is reward for coming back to us. Inspiring to read the posts from folks who may have had life get in the way but are still here and posting!
And yesterday I did a purposeful walk in search of trees starting to bloom. And was rewarded with this quince which I noticed last year for the first time. Some benefits of WFH my afternoon walks are outside instead of around the factory.

I had a terrible night sleep for some reason and can see how it affects food choices. It was hard but I stayed on track even though I really wanted a big sweet carb for breakfast, had a healthy smoothie instead.6 -
