Mornin' gents.

Prepping for the storm rolling in tonight.

Dog training was really, really cold. Dogs did have fun. My dog wore her sled dog booties.

Smoking pork butt all day. Pulled pork tonight.

    Hang i there and stay warm Lee. This is my second day after 1st pfizer shot. so far so good.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Woke up with a lot of lower back pain. That hasn't happened in quite a while. So it goes.

    I'll make pancakes for the grandkids, when they wake up.

    Lots of rain, but we'll take the grandkids out for a short hike in a park, this afternoon anyway. They both have full rain suits and rubber boots. Puddle splashing becomes the ultimate goal, not the distance covered.

    Dave, that sounds fun.

    Bob, that is awesome that you were able to get the shot. We are thinking it will probably be several more weeks for us.

    My weight was down .6 this week, and down 6.4 for the month of January. I'll take it, given as much emotional eating that I've done. The Noom changes are getting easier for me, so I will keep headed downward.

    I didn't get any of my chores done yesterday, so that is what will be on tap for today. Ugh.

    Good Morning

    Steve, congrats on a successful January on the scale. We are hoping to get our vaccinations next month if supply improves in the county. Heather would go first since she works in Early Childhood Education, and then me in the 65+ group.

    Subdued celebration with my son yesterday. Heather sat with us as long as she could and I was limping badly by the time dinner hit the table. Not my best work in the kitchen. I did get over 4000 steps which is the most I have gotten in a while. Another quiet day. I will try to get some things done around here while being kind to the leg and now knee. Mostly I will take care of Heather. I doubt she will want to puddle splashing though.
