7 Passes for the month but still happy and still here. I gained 1 pound this week, but am down almost 7 pounds this month. Very happy about that!1 -
Very tight, but not happy with that. I will use my third pass and hope to leave it at that.
Did my second but last 35 min workout of the 12 weeks program (late at night). 🔥 Legs were shaking at the end! I really hope to change this in February and work out in the morning or early afternoon. There are just too many deadlines at work now...0 -

Please add me to the list as well, Rick! I also wanted to mention that I will get to posting for the new members! I tried a few days ago, and the computer locked up and lost EVERYTHING I had written! It sounded good, too, so that sucked! I need to get errands done before this big snowstorm! I used my 3 pass days this month but not using any on 1/30 or 1/31, so we are all good!
