Hey Y'all :blush:

Yesterday was another good day! Checked off all of the things B)

Today is weight training day. I am soooo sore, but I'm excited to keep at it. I'll definitely do some extra stretching this time. I hope to get out for a walk, but it all depends on the timing of the storm that's moving in. I will log everything, drink lots of water and meditate.

I'm loving using my whiteboard for a daily list check off. Something so simple as putting a checkmark next to a task can be so rewarding!

    I don't think I quite hit my water goal yesterday and I didn't eat any fruit. The mandarins I bought do have a lot of seeds in them though so I'll see how much I can actually eat today. My plan is to walk 30 minutes tonight and do battle ropes. Trying to work up the courage anyway. I think I'll feel really self conscious doing the ropes. Any way same goals from yesterday water, veggies, under calories.

    Love the whiteboard! I've done that in the past, maybe i should try it again 😁

    Veggie lady is just in the nearby town... Today is our once a month renting a car and driving to the big market town 45 mins away, doing immigration things and our monthly shopping.. i already walked 30 mins this morning to pick up the car. Hopefully will get in some good walking today and not snack too much 💚💚

    Hey ladies!

    I’m so busy at work at the moment so I’m struggling to get my exercise in because by time I get home I just can’t be bothered! I do however want to get some weights to try and get rid of my bingo wings

    Hahahaha yeah I’m good thanks I’ve changed jobs at work from the 4th Jan so it’s taken me a very draining month of very long hours to get to grips with some of it but I’m feeling more stable now :)

    Been out for a long walk tonight so hope for a good loss tomorrow for weigh day
