I'm starting my wellness journey for 2021. I've always been "dieting" since middle school but always yo-yo-ed back and tried and gave up many times. This year in 2020, I gradually lost 10 lbs and now I'm at a steady 150lbs which I'm so grateful for. I've never sucessfully lost weight and I didn't go on any really restrictive diets this year because I was focusing on mental health and staying sane this year XD

In 2021, I really want to eat healthier and add some movement in my lifestyle. Not really planning anything strenuous. I'm weak minded and vigorous exercise stresses me out (lol, don't judge me I' a potato living in a potato world)! I'm just going to start with what I can =)

If there are anyone interested, let's start a small fitness group together and motivate each other!

    Hello, are you still looking for a buddy? I'm 26/F/5'6", my starting weight was 170 and I'm just about 150lbs now! My goal weight is 125 and I'm looking to lose about 1 lb a week (slow and steady) through healthier eating and adding exercise to my everyday routine!
