Good Morning!
Today is supposed to be the first day without snow in a while. It is also supposed to warm up to 20. We are starting at 0. We are supposed to be starting a warming trend now that will lead to 40s and 50s next week. Whew!
I see my regular MD today. I have to see him once a year if I want to or not, just so that he will keep my meds going.
Today, I hope to wrap up the year end packet for the outside CPA today for the taxes. That will be a big relief.

Feeling pretty achy and sore today, as if it was leg, back, and arm day at the gym yesterday, but it wasn't.
Not feeling the love for driving an hour to train dogs with an old cranky greek guy who is probably more achy and sore than I am.
Loading up on ibuprofen and caffeine.

Expecting 3-7" of snow this afternoon and evening. Ice-fishing yesterday was enjoyable despite not catching anything all day. My friend Dave caught 2 modest-sized fish. Sun was shining and wind was mild and I was outdoors the whole day. Managed to stay warm this time, starting out with down parka and skipants, hand and toe warmers right away. No fun being cold!
Mass. started today with 65+ year old vaccinations. Looking into how to sign up. Could be a month before enough is available.
Have been waking up at 3:30-4:00 and falling asleep sitting up around 7 or 8 in the evening. Can't figure out how to fix that...0 -

Good morning gentlemen.
Still have snow on our lawn, but the roads are clear - even most of the sidewalks. Makes it easier on our morning walk. DW logs our walks on the kitchen calendar. So far we have only missed two days in 2021: one was a day of heavy rain when we were watching the grandkids, the second was a day when we had multiple doctor's appointments. Hope we can keep that up.
I have an appointment for Covid vaccine. The VA sent me a message with a number to call, so I did. My first shot is scheduled for March 30 and the second for April 20. Those are pretty far out, and it does nothing for DW, so I will continue to look for better options, but a bird in the hand, as they say.0 -

Stats on virus showing drop around here, no cases in schools
Did learn yesterday that 2 from old church about 90 miles from here passed the other day, one our age the other child that grew up with our kids. Total of 15 deaths for county, 1875 total cases from when virus started which is about 10%0 -

Sorry for pain Lee. I hope it passes quickly.
They have opened up the new drive-thru vaccination center at the Fair Grounds. We are beginning to see some slots open up for teachers and childcare workers so hopefully, some slots here in town will be available soon for my wife. You just need to keep trying, but at least things are improving. Just PT, some shopping and house stuff today. We are trying to get in for an MRI for Heather before regrouping with the Ortho tomorrow.
Blue skies out there and we don't do snow, thankfully0
