Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? 100 calories under. Bulked up on veggies for dinner so i cld enjoy bannana and honey on crumpets. It was soooo satisfying!

@RangerRickL thanks for the quote above. It is perfect. I have had cat(s) since I was a small child and currently have 5! Which even to me is a lot but sometimes things just happen. It was actually quite interesting to observe their behavior and learning over the past few days as we struggled to stay warm. The one who was a stray for many years was the fastest to climb into the linen closet to hunker down under layers. The Dude who is a very ahem LARGE cat did not struggle with the cold but he managed to always be near me perusual. The 2 younger tabbies who have never been strays finally FINALLY learned that the igloos which I have would be warmer and started staying in there instead of longingly trying to stay warm on a heating pad which wasn't warm. They wanted to sleep with me but they are not under cover types so they were freezing on top of the covers.
ANyway, enough and back to chearing stuff! I have a ton to catch up on with everyone over the past week.
@MadisonMolly2017 Having been where you are at with your beloved pet I can only send hugs and warm thoughts. It is always difficult to make the decisions as to when is the right time. It sounds like she is hanging in !

Only just met the three objectives today. Raining this morning, couldn’t go out walking. Drove home this afternoon.

I have a lot of reading to do catching up the last few days but I'm home now, back to the routines.

Exercise - yes. A bit bonkers today on the exercise - did my usual 30 mins on exercise bike. Met a friend for an hour walk after that and this evening met another friend for a walk - for three hours!! We had so much to catch up on, we covered 11km.

@donna25trinity very exciting tw the walking/ pushing. I was very glad when my babies got upright because I found the crawling stage exhausting (and my son was basically filthy the whole time!!). Love crumpets too, my fave weekend breakfast!

Exercise - 1 mile walk, 3 mile run.
My 50lb reward ring finally came today! Woohoo! IT’S GLORIOUS. Between this and the ring Hubs got me earlier in the month, my ring fingers are pretty darn fancy these days.
This is my second reward ring I’ve acquired on my journey thus far, as I find them useful. The part of my body I look at the most all day are my fingers as I sit at a laptop type type typing my days away at work, and that’s when I tend to stress eat. What’s a better reward than a glorious visual reminder of all the work I’ve done that acts as a deterrent from mindlessly eating Oreos all day. Also... so shiny 😍 (it’s pyrite).

Pass #3 due to lack of exercise. My joints were hurting today so I had to take it easy. I still ate within my calories limits.6
