Good news/bad news.
Good: Another 3 YES day. Going to bed earlier is helping to keep me under calorie budget the next day.
Bad news: approaching a 2-week plateau and I’m getting frustrated.
Plateaus are a sign that you're on the right track. Your body is recalibrating; what a wonderful machine we are blessed to steward! You may want to look at your recalculating your TDEE...
