Good Morning!
My hip has been hurting me for about three weeks now. I have not been exercising much at all lately. I have been to the chiropractor twice. She told me Tuesday that if it is not better in a couple of days to get a MRI. I am a little better, but it still hurts. I'm waiting for the diagnostic center to call, then we will decide. I have never had a MRI. I don't know what that is like, or what that would tell me.
I got permission from the company owner to submit the financials to the tax CPA. Woot! Now I just have the property tax rendition, and a couple of minor things with the computer software, and the year end is finally complete.
Have a great day!

Mornin' gents.
Ansbach it is. DW is ready to book the flight.
MRI will give you more info on soft tissue, Steve. Bulging discs, nerve root inflammation. Joint capsule or bursal swelling. Tendon/muscle inflammation, tears, or any change in their integrity.

Snowshoed again yesterday, this time alone, along the mid-state trail, then deliberately bushwacked into an area where moose sometimes hang out. No wildlife, but crazy mouse trails (I think) across the snowy fields in places.
Icefishing today with a few friends.
Vax clinic called, finally--they don't have any, but hopefully beginning of next week. Will call back. They were giving out 2nd shots to the 75+ folks yesterday at the library when I stopped by there.
Got my old ham call sign back, from when I was in jr. high 49 years ago. Now I'm KN1WTG-- One of my classmates had suggested I could call Kilo November One Whiskey Tequila Gin. Kids...
MRI will give you a magnetic personality.
Have a great day.0 -
MRIs are fine you just need to hold still for a long time. So sorry about your hip.
*Ah "bushwacking Mike" is at it again. I swear I still have "scars" from bushwhacking through dense Chaparral in my youth.
Glad that you are getting your shot Dave. It's one of those things you have to jump on for sure.0 -
Good morning gentlemen.
The shot experience was pretty easy. They had a lot of young soldiers running things. Very organized; very efficient. In and out the door in 45 minutes, including 15 minutes waiting after the shot. Minor soreness on shoulder is only effect. Next one in three weeks.
We have an appointment this morning, to get our taxes done, up on post. We'll get to chat with another young soldier. That's always a highlight, for me. I do miss being an NCO and interacting with soldiers. 21 years since I retired. There are sergeants major serving, now, who first enlisted after I hung it up. Geez I feel old.

Good Morning
Rested most of yesterday with icing the leg and back. I am looking to try walking 10 minutes again today after PT. Heather's Preschool Director was able to register the School on a new county site and got a link for staff to use to register for vaccination. She got one for today and the follow-up scheduled at the mass drive-thru site at the Fairgrounds here in town. I will drive her down. After PT I will be on a Miracle Friends call to award another 6 months UBI (Universal Basic Income) award to the woman I am friends with. She will move into permanent housing in April but it will be a small empty apartment. Besides the money we provide financial coaching, etc to help her and the others get off to a good restart into a better future. It will get loud on the call.0 -
For us too Dave. Various soldiers and Air Force reserve too. Couldn't be better where I went. Glad you got your vaccination. No more than 45' at most for us either including 15' wait at end.0
