Very long day of work for me. At the new private office at 7:50 am and ended the day with a live presence combined with video presence plus live Q&A. Very productive day! I'm tired but happy with the new experience.
Calories; well under my limit
Exercise: took a break at 3:30 pm and went outside for a more than 30 minute walk. I wore outdoor running shoes to the office. Nobody cares anymore that I'm wearing black and orange shoes in an office.
Tracking: pretty easy when you don't eat very much. Not my usual day.9 -

Shucks, it's not fun to get comments on one's body 😒 I didn't do the program for "the butt stuff" lol but if you check the thread I linked to there were monthly updates (and I may do a final one at month-end). That said, yes, I did notice changes both physically and in my ability to move (aka mobility). NOTE: There's a post, in the middle of this thread, that curates much of the relevant Strong Curves discussions by topic. Perhaps some of your other questions about that particular program can be found in one of those conversations.
@RangerRickL you shepherd this group so well! I wouldn't have been able to keep track of who was in, out, or around the Winner's Circle. Especially not during a busy week like you had: congrats on your presentation! And congrats to me too because, yup, I'm expecting to qualify in the February Winner's Circle

Sadly, I used "today" my 4th pass for the month. I did plan on doing a HIIT after putting the kids in bed, but I fell asleep... I was off by the amount of calories that I would have burned, had I worked out. I will not emphasise how dissapointed I am. Wish I'd learn to preplan, but with homeschooling during the busiest time of the year at work I am still not sure what the best plan is. I feel I am behind on almost everything...11

@dewit Don’t beat yourself up over the pass day – having kids at home all day every day is exhausting. You are doing at least two jobs at once. Look after yourself.4

@RangerRickL Don't know if you will read this. Even though I have not posted in last couple of days, I have qualified for winners circles. I did my third pass day last night (follows this post) but otherwise have been on track. Have been dealing with identity theft this week which has really knocked me off balance (so have not posted daily) but still managed to stay on track except for last night which I was deliberate in going over calories but only after finishing my exercise for the day. Food and exercise okay but otherwise not my best week.4

@RangerRickL I too, when busy eat very little! I do not mean to do this, but if I am on a roll getting stuff done for some reason, don't get as hungry, guess because I am busy! You are in style now with the younger generation with your orange and black sneakers! I love it!
