    Yay!!! I squeaked through the month to still make it into the winner’s circle with 3 passes used. It was a rough month with that kidney stone but I’m glad I was able to make it through.... here’s to hoping for a 0 pass month in March!

    Well, today is my first pass day in February, still in the winner's circle, but not a perfect month. My food was fine and I logged, but no real exercise.

    On to March!

    I might have only been in the Feb UAC for a week, but I had no pass days for that week! Good training for the real start next month!
    Due to rain today's exercises was house cleaning, bodyweight exercises, and a short apartment walk. :)

    Happy to announce I dropped another 4 pounds this month! It is always so EXCITING on the last day of the month because I do NOT weigh until the end! I have lost a total of 33 pounds now and am only 10 pounds away from the weight I was when I married my husband 33 years ago! I just noticed 33 pounds for 33 years! LOL

    Exercise: Yes, treadmill for 60 mins, speed 4.3, and walk outside with Buckley for 20 mins, a burned total of 462 calories!
