My goal is to lose 5-8 lbs in March. I am not super concerned with fast weight loss. I am on a total lifestyle change which includes lower carb eating, outdoor walking/hiking ( I'm in the northeast so the last month has been horrible), indoor rowing, and just trying to take care of myself a little instead of taking care of everyone else and just ignoring my own needs.0

My goal is to lose 5-8lbs too for this month of March. I began my weight loss journey with intermittent fasting (16/8), 0,5-0,75 gallon of water, more greens. Regular fitness is hard for now but I know I have to commit to. 😘0 -
