Morning treadmill and a walk outside at a local park. It was great to finish this brutal snowy February with a walk outside in moderate weather.2 -

I came up with an analogy that helped me quickly turn things around.
Maintenance is like riding a bicycle. If you start veering of course & adjust quickly, you stay on course. If you delay, you topple over & crash.
The rapidity with which we can adjust our responses is the key.
Additionally, the longer you do the little adjustments, the more they become automatic - like riding a bike with no hands! And actually kind of fun!6
