Less than 2 months before May 1st will be here!

I seem to be at a plateau and need to make some changes. I have not been good about adding weight training to my schedule, even though I know how beneficial it is. Running and riding have taken over most of my time. As soon as the 10k race is done (March 28th), I want to cut back on running and focus a lot more on lifting...hopefully, even get back into the gym.

Today is 40 minutes of running and I will ride 2 horses. I'll track everything and pay close attention to carbs versus protein. I've been trying to meditate every day to keep the stress levels down, but I am failing hard at getting decent sleep. I start with the new counselor on Friday and am pretty anxious about it, but am hopeful that working with a trauma specialist will help me break through some $h!t so I can live a more peaceful life!

I sincerely hope you all have a great day

All good plans, Paree, good luck!

Yesterday I managed to stay on track much better and finished my day in green.
Today is such a pretty day so after work I am going for a long walk and then just trying to eat well.

    Hi everyone!

Stayed within my calories yesterday and increased my water intake. Still working on getting more water in, but definitely getting better at it.

Today is my 2nd physio appointment, ankle is definitely getting stronger. Today I did some weight training at home. Working on my stretching, my hips got really tight while I was in the walking boot.

Sounds like good, healthy plans everyone! 💐

Jamey and i both have low grade fevers today 😔 so we're taking it easy. We won't walk today, and for cals i just want to stay under my TDEE today.. The goal is to get lots of vitamin C, water, and rest 💜

Hoping this crumminess passes quickly ✨

Keep up the awesome efforts amigas 🌈🌈
