@tahm42 I'm so sorry for your loss.

@dave That stand looks amazing. Our state fair was canceled too, and they did something similar with the food stands. I didn't go. They're planning on holding the fair this year, it's in October. We'll see how that goes.

I did a mile at lunch yesterday and forgot to add it. So 1 please

@TAHM42 - OH NO...my heart goes out to you and your family!! That's one of the hardest ways to lose your family pet. Dean is right, there's really nothing you could've done so there's no use in blaming yourself. Things just happen sometimes. (((Huge hugs)))

@KAR328 - I didn't go to the drive through fair either as I was trying to behave with my diet. :) Yeah, I haven't heard about ours yet this year. It's usually the last 10 days before kids go back to school in the fall, late August to a couple days in September. Got your mile added! :+1:

    93.77 so far.

I got out for my 12-mile bike around the lake on Monday. Weather was gorgeous! It's getting cold again. Also, the past couple days have been so busy I haven't had a chance to even exercise. There are a lot of warm days ahead this year, though!

1.5 miles on the treadmill, continuing the Everest climbing series where in today's episode, a guy with a knee replacement that keeps popping out just fell on his gallon water container strapped to his chest and cracked some ribs. At 26,000 feet. I still don't get it.

@KAR328 - That's going to make a challenging trip even harder that poor guy. They probably won't be able to get a helicopter to him either. I'm with you...I don't get it either. That does not sound like fun to me.

It's FRIDAAAAY!!! Getting the update done early today because my Sweetie and I are getting on the road for a few days! Hopping in the convertible and heading toward some certain warmer weather in Arizona! I'll still check in next week though. Keep the fires burning!

    Have a great weekend, all!!

@tahm42: I am so truly sorry to hear about your sweet fur baby. All I can say as I know how much it hurts. It makes it so much harder when there is no warning or even preparation.
@Dean: It always amazes me how you have the right words to say. You give each of us such comfort from them. And they are so true. I always think that no matter, we made the world of a difference in the life of our fur family, whenever I read the condition of some that come into a animal advocacy that I support. I honestly wonder what those animals must have endured. Even my own Finny. I know his first 3 years were terrible, but we sure made up for it in his last 8 years.

    March 10: 6 mikes walking

@tahm42 - I am so sorry about your dog. 6 years is just not enough. I hope you are getting over the shock and remembering all the love. May we all strive to be the person that our dogs believe we are.

    I'm at 38/50.

And I am thrilled that Florida is lowering the eligible age for vaccines to 60. At 64 1/2 years old and with no health issues and no job I have been waiting and waiting to become eligible. I have an appointment to be vaccinated on Monday. I get teary just thinking this is almost over for me and I can visit my mother for the first time in a year.

OHHHHH boy my head is spinning due to all the craziness in my life!
First off my condolences to tahm42. Losing a pet is like losing a child. My heart breaks for you!! ((Hugs))
When I say crazy, its from trying to lead my fitness classes, trying get in my miles, trying to get my wellness clients built up, cleaning for my bachelor, running to our grandsons wrestling AND then my husband finds a pickup truck in San Diego California. We fly there Tuesday & drive it back. Flew out Tuesday & arrived home Thursday at 2 pm & lead fitness class at 6pm. We drove through 7 states! All went well but hate travelling like that!
Friday was a day of cleaning the bachelors house & today was a day at wrestling.
    I'm exhausted!!
I have walked & ridden the bike every chance I can get!
My total is 37 out of 100.

Welcome back, Dave. Hope you had a great weekend away.

@Leanz - you're very close to being in the green. Go for it!

@vhuber - that's a lot of states in a place where states are not small!
