Pass Days Used: (MAR16)Since my 40 lb KB is taking some getting used to, I've worked out my expected progression using a drop set approach with my 25 lb KB. However, I ended off the first week and then started the second week by advancing my workout progressions faster than expected.
The calendar has been adjusted as of MAR082021 to reflect that I may end up doing 8 sessions with only the 40 lb KB (not just 3, as laid out in the original plan).

Fun St. Patrick’s day themed fact: I have about 700 four, five, or six leaf clovers in my office. I found 603 in 2020 and had some left over from summers past that I didn’t find a use for. Finding 4 leaf clovers is kind of my zen, and I needed a lot of zen in 2020. Lol. Some of them aren’t “perfect” - a bug got to them, or the landscapers, etc. I always pick them though because the gift of luck is present whether whole or not. Tonight I finally landed on getting gold leaf and repairing all of the ones that aren’t perfect with the gold leaf and then bringing them together framed for my office. Will give me something to do as I wait for spring to fully kick in so I can start hunting for my 2021 collection. I’m a little excited about this project, and I haven’t been excited about really anything in some time - so I think my efforts on the mental health front are helping too - another NSV for you 🍀

I’ve been having some pain when i exercise that had me worried it might be cardiovascular. 😳. Went to the doc today. They did an EKG right then and all looks ok. Feeling relieved and ready for the Open on Friday. Whew!9 -

Writing this Thursday morning. My son is not coming home, he was moved to an end of life care room yesterday. His father, sister, myself and his wife and children all gathered to be with him. The cruelty of the Covid restrictions meant that the children didn't get one last cuddle, he is unconscious.12
