Hi everyone, and sorry that I have been MIA! Not a day goes by that I do NOT think of this GROUP and what you might all be facing in your lives, whether those be HAPPY moments or very SAD and DIFFICULT ones!
Something CHANGED in ME in Georgia when I posted that picture PLEADING to the HEAVENS and my LOVED ones who have passed on and my all POWERFUL GOD! I was SOBBING in this picture, but my back was turned to my dear sweet friend Linda, and she could not SEE the TEARS streaming down my face, only the HEAVENS saw my TEARS!
I am going to step away from here, a SHORT time, I PROMISE! I feel right now that I am a BROKEN CHILD who NEEDS a bit of HELP, yet again, for the TRAUMA that my step-Father Bruce endured on ME! I want to be a POSITIVE, STRONG force in ALL your lives, and if I can't be that in my own life, how then can I be it in yours? I always wanted to be a writer and a therapist who HELPED families to deal with sexual abuse! PROTECTING the CHILDREN is my main GOAL in LIFE, above anything! " We MUST PROTECT our CHILDREN " they can NOT do it without YOU!
My book writing is going SPLENDID, though, and MANY of YOU are mentioned in my book, but I will send YOU PRIVATE messages on this matter to NOT make others FEEL less IMPORTANT to ME! YOU ALL MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY LIFE IN THIS GROUP!
I am still logging my daily food and exercising, not weighing until the end of the month, like usual, and will post my weight loss on my scale in MYFITNESSPAL.COM. I know this is still very IMPORTANT, and I LOVE the way I LOOK on the outside. Still, now I MUST fix the way I am on the INSIDE to be the BEST wife, mother, sister, aunt, granddaughter, friend, and lastly GiGi ( grandmother ) to my dear SWEET Ellie girl, who GIGI LOVES more than LIFE itself!

The top picture is YOUNG Gina! She has a SPARKLE in her EYES! She has NOT met BRUCE yet, or had TRAUMA! She is an INNOCENT young GIRL, who DREAMS and LAUGHS, and LOVES life! This GINA can be ANYTHING she wants to be! She is in first grade!
The next picture is BROKEN Gina, but she still has the SPARKLE in her EYES because she has met her BEST friend, her SOUL-MATE in LIFE, thanks to GOD. His name is JEFF, MY dear SWEET, PATIENT, KIND, and LOVING husband, who asked me out for 3 months straight eating McDonald's every day because he saw me once on a lunch run from the car wash that he worked at down the road! He would come through my drive-thru window, NEVER giving up on asking ME out on a date! I was 17 at the time! I had NEVER experienced this DETERMINATION from any other MAN in MY life before! In this picture, I am 18, and he is 19, so young; WE were, and it is the year 1987, you can tell by my BIG 80's puffy perm!
I was a hairdresser at the time, so explains the hair! Got to be in STYLE!

Gina's post is so powerful, that it is hard to write anything after it. It's hard to imagine what you went through, but all the same it is such a huge blessing that you found your other half❣
My day was really good, I am way under calories, not just because of IF, but because I don't stuff my face once I beginn to eat. That is rather new to me. Tonight, I even had to have a planned treat (and kept it very healthy), in order to reach a decent amount of calories. I did a 1h epic with Caroline Girvain and ended up pretty sweaty 😀, although she had no jumps, no cardio in it. I have so many calories left! 😲
Gotta fuel more protein tomorrow...

The calendar has been adjusted as of MAR082021 to reflect that I may end up doing 8 sessions with only the 40 lb KB (not just 3, as laid out in the original plan).

Fun St. Patrick’s day themed fact: I have about 700 four, five, or six leaf clovers in my office. I found 603 in 2020 and had some left over from summers past that I didn’t find a use for. Finding 4 leaf clovers is kind of my zen, and I needed a lot of zen in 2020. Lol. Some of them aren’t “perfect” - a bug got to them, or the landscapers, etc. I always pick them though because the gift of luck is present whether whole or not. Tonight I finally landed on getting gold leaf and repairing all of the ones that aren’t perfect with the gold leaf and then bringing them together framed for my office. Will give me something to do as I wait for spring to fully kick in so I can start hunting for my 2021 collection. I’m a little excited about this project, and I haven’t been excited about really anything in some time - so I think my efforts on the mental health front are helping too - another NSV for you 🍀
