Writing this Thursday morning. My son is not coming home, he was moved to an end of life care room yesterday. His father, sister, myself and his wife and children all gathered to be with him. The cruelty of the Covid restrictions meant that the children didn't get one last cuddle, he is unconscious.12

Not my best calorie day, after a good couple of days of fishing I ate a really big fish dinner last night, the biggest meal I have eaten, probably by a factor of 2 or more, since I went on this diet almost 2 years ago. Even though the app says I was under, that was only after subtracting calories for walking around the New Orleans French Quarter, and only because I set my calorie goal quite high. 2500 based on my nutritionist's advice. So I am calling it a pass day.
Biggest fish (143 lbs, only a pound or two less than me)
Huge dinner, the restaurant fixed the fish we caught. Me standing in the middle. Sheepshead I caught.
Redfish I caught.
Tuna I caught.

Got off track the last two days on my outdoor walking due to virtual training for work that never gave me more than a 30 minute break until 6:00pm! I kept up with my daily morning workouts, though. Feeling stronger!2 -
