    I had a lot of catching up to do! I missed checking in a couple days and then got so far behind I knew it would take awhile to read everything and get caught up.

    @lesdarts180 - how my heart breaks for you and your beautiful family. Sometimes life doesn't make any sense, does it.

    @alligatorob - that fish was as big as you!!!! What a thrill that must have been.

    @donna25trinity - congrats on reaching your goal! That is a monumental achievement and something to be proud of! Your comment about how to do maintenance reminded me of one of the "Half Size Me" podcasts I listened to this week. She talked about the reason so many people gain their weight loss back is because they never learned how to maintain. All these "diets" we've done through the years, focus on losing the weight, with precious little attention on how to stay there. YOU are going to be a success story because you have US!!! Well, and your own determination and good habits.

    @RangerRickL - so glad you could get away and celebrate your daughter's birthday. Having the shots definitely opens up possibilities.

    I did have one pass day this week so I'm up to 3.

    Today I am also again under (after a hike in the snow and a quick HIIT) and staying strong, even if hungry again. 🤷‍♀️ No pass so far. ✌

    Wonderful spring day high of about 58. Went trail walking about 1 mile still had to. Slog through snow but what a difference in the air logged and tracked
