    ✅ exercised - 65 bike, 30 arms, 5 barre (exercised extra so I could indulge in pub fish and chips. and a brownie)
    ✅ stayed under calories - thanks to the extra exercise

    It was nice getting out and enjoying the sun some. Had some errands to run that took me by Times Square (an area I normally avoid like the plague) and it is was very empty and so actually nice to walk through.

    Imagining Times Square empty is weird. I don’t live in NYC, but I live a commutable distance away and have been there enough that the idea of it not being a sensory overload is just... odd. It does sum up the past year though ☹️

    Forgot to post yesterday. I intentionally went over calories yesterday, so I just used my 4th pass and I am out of the winners circle, but I am ok with that as I made the choice to go over calories.

    Today I got back at it. Yes x3. Passes used 4/3.
