Just had my first day on the study - they provide you with a continuous libre lifestyle pro glucose meter - very cool, no finger pricks and 24 hour data on glucose values - you waive the meter over the sensor you install on the back of your arm and instant measurements with a graph of results over time - very very detailed and enlightening information - really reduces anxiety as the values are not as bad as I thought ..
