Adding 6 miles from the ex bike! I was LAZY today & had to make myself to go do that!! I just don't have the DRIVE or the strength that I had before covid & that has been 14 months ago!!

DH was sick virtually non-stop from Friday 6pm to Saturday 4pm and running a temp of a solid 102. We went to the clinic early afternoon Saturday, the RNP said not to worry about the temp until it hits 103 and prescribed anti-nausea medication which did help. No COVID screen. The RNP said that the chances of him getting it after being fully vaccinated are pretty slim and apparently the stomach flu is on a rampage through our town, they've seen one if not two cases a day for the past three weeks. He slept off and on yesterday after basically being up since Friday morning and he went to work today. I'm still dragging, no rest for the wicked.
You'd think that with all of the running around at the pharmacy, cleaning/disinfecting the house, and laundry I would have gotten at least 2 miles in.1 -

My life is pretty crazy right now. I've driven from Florida to New York twice in the last two weeks. That really takes a toll on the exercise. But I've gotten some walking in when I can, and a run yesterday morning. All of which adds up to 54 miles, so that makes goal!2
