What Are Your Exercise Plans?

Exercise can be in the form of visits to the gym, walking in the neighborhood, working on the garden, or dancing around the house with the kids or grand kids. How do you plan to get movement during the challenge? What kind of exercise are you planning?

I have a spin bike so I plan on incorporating spinning in the mornings.

I struggle to incorporate exercise most days because since the pandemic I provide after school care for my grandchildren but I did go white water rafting last Saturday! I wonder how many calories that used up?

Barb, one of the members of a previous challenge I led also watched her grandkids. She decided to spend an hour each day dancing with them. They all had a blast, and she got lots of movement in.

Hi -- Walked the dog for about 20 minutes, then about 30 minutes on PowerNation Chest & Back workout. 10 minute meditation. Plan to walk the dog again at lunch and after work -- another 20 minutes each. This will probably be a typical day since I just started a 90 day PowerNation program.
