Good morning
Praying for those affected by the hurricane. Such devastation. Also for our soldiers and their families. Sad.
Pool time was interrupted by a storm. Dh wanted to go to lunch so he wouldn’t have to watch me “ read a book.” Got hone and he slept for an hour and a half. I guess I got to watch him sleep. 🤔
Up since 5:22. Cleaning my house. I wasn’t into it yesterday abc had no time Saturday. I worked until 11. Had errands then off to Indy for a car show and an Indians game. It was HOT.
How is Sassy adapting?
Welcome home Cecilia. That was a long time away. I’m sure you’re glad to have her back.
I’ll be calling insurance today. See where they stand on the MRI.
Mary, Roarke said that it was HOT up there. Stay cool. Cooler temps in our forecast the end of the week.
Make it a spectacular day peeps!!0 -

Mornin' BBB.
Yay, Cecelia is home! Sorry for the mess, Lou.
Master Bath renovation starting this am. Could take 3 days. DW is nervous.
Babe is back. Not a great weekend at the trials, but so glad to have her back.
Lucy thinks its cool to have another dog to torture. Babe tolerates her pretty well.
Puppy had fun playing with other puppies at the trial. Future trialers.
How did the nuptials go, Lisa? The photos on FB suggest it was a fun wedding.
Georgia sounds like a Delta Variant hot spot. Not good that hospitals are at capacity again. Be safe down there fellas.

Good morning gentlemen.
Sassy is a joy and a trial, at the same time. She is smart though, and picks things up pretty quickly. Expect to expand her living space from the utility room and hall, to include the kitchen, so she will be interacting with us more of the time. Thinking about how we puppy-proof the rest of the house - things like electrical cords, phone chargers, etc. I have a multi-plug thing sitting next to my chair, with four devices plugged into it, all the time. That will have to change, when the furry one with teeth has full access.
Salem, OR is a hot spot, too. Didn't know that prior to our taking the grandkids there. My sister has it, brother has been tested and brother-in-law and niece get tested today. Worried about 97-year old mother. She lives in the house by herself, but is getting very frail. The whole family is vaccinated, but are vulnerable to Delta spread by the idiots who resist common sense.0 -

Morning
Getting up at 6am in retirement isn't my favorite bu we need to get in exercise before it gets hot. At least o can take a nap.
Have a great day all.0 -
Good morning BBB Friends.
- Breakfast with the ROMEOs.
- "Getting up at 6am in retirement isn't my favorite." Amen to that.
- Let me see if I have this right. Cecilia comes home after a long absence and Lou leaves?!?
- Yep, GA is a hotspot. A few months ago it was almost a non-issue but the virus has raised it's ugly head again. Apparently the problem is predominantly among the non-vaccinated.

Good afternoon, folks.
I'm just hanging out poolside before the meat & potatoes part of the conference starts tonight.

Good afternoon.
Dave do you have a crate to put her in when you can’t watch her? We ALWAYS crate them as pups when we can’t watch them. That way they can’t get into as much trouble. Plus, it helps with potty training.
Horrible tragedy happened this am. A girl was hit while crossing the road to get on the school bus. Pronounced dead at the hospital. Stop arm out on bus and the lights were flashing. Driver fled the scene but was followed by an eye witness. He crashed his car and was apprehended. So sad. She went to our church. Please keep the burbrink family in your prayers. She was 16.4 -
Oh good God! What’s wrong with people.
Tragic.0 -
I believe Dave has a crate, but he also has an area of confinement per the Dunbar method that has the crate in it.
Horrible, tragic, and heartbreaking. So sorry, Kelly.0 -
Oh no, thats sad, Kelly. Prayers go up.
Good reminder school is in session, kids and buses are out... distracted drivers, phones, speed, etc. People around here need to slow down.0 -
I'm no puppy Xpert, I crate trained, for when pup was home alone. night time. And taught not to mess with cords, chew furniture, etc when out with us.But, when out of crate they gotta learn too. I'd leave door open of crate when with her out,and she'd often go in on her own, for quite... get away from the kids lol. They were young.0
