Monthly Team Challenges for September 2021

Good Morning Team,
This month we are working on raising the bar to our personal best. I will include Nutritional and Fitness goals for you to work on.
Week 1
Nutrition Goals
Drink between 6 to 8 glasses of Water per day
Eat between 5 and 6 Fresh Fruits and Veggies per day
Track Nutrition daily
Maintain 25 grams of Fibre for Women and 38 grams of Fibre for men daily.
Fitness Goals
Cardio: you choose the exercise that best works for you, at least 25 minutes or more per day
Strength Training; you choose what best works for you, upper and lower body strength training, at least 2x per week 20 minutes or more
You choose one or two extra exercises to add to your daily fitness: Swimming, Jogging, Biking, Power Walking, Treadmill 10 minutes per exercise chosen.
Let's raise the Bar and be the best and healthiest we can be.
You are welcome to choose both Nutrition and Fitness Goals or choose at least one of them with sticking to your plan for the entire month...
I will post a sample of how to record your daily accomplishments.
Each Week starts on Sunday and ends Saturday
