I see a lot of old folks out on gravel roads riding electric bikes. Gives them access in national parks where motorized vehicles are forbidden. They're kind of expensive, though.

Sassy had a great night. I only woke her once to go out and do her business. That's pretty good for 10 weeks, I think. She was very happy to get out at 5, this morning, though. She has a new favorite toy: a foot-long stick she found in the yard, yesterday. Better than having her chew on the furniture.

Game On! Tom is out driving the wedding party to the Pfister Hotel to get ready. My hair stylist is coming over at 11. Nice the ceremony doesn't start til 4:30! Ds2 is no early bird, so good he'll have time to relax.

Happy wedding day Mary.

We looked at e bikes but they are just too heavy. I would need the pedal assist more than I wouldn't. But as batteries get lighter this is definitely a possibility for my next bike. The gravel bike we are looking at is $4200. Eek. That is more than my three cars.

• Been dealing with a UMM (United Methodist Men, you should know that ) speaker issue this morning. Our breakfast is next week. Our of our members son works in Congressman Hice's local office and was going to speak about their efforts to get Christians out of Afghanistan. Turns out he need to be out of town but we've worked it out the Congressman is going to record the talk himself and we'll show it. It took most of the morning to work that out,
• Welcome home Skip. I knew there would be a Starbucks in OC.
• It's the big day Mary (T-0). Enjoy. I hope it all goes off well and is stress free.
• Read an article that ebike prices are starting to come down a bit. They range in price from $500 to $5,000+. I've been interested in the Rad from your area Dave. They have one for $999 and a folding one for $1299. We have a local Pedego dealer but they are more expensive.
• Enjoy the shopping trip Lisa. A great opportunity to bond with someone who really appreciates your time. Tell her I said congratulations.

That’s a lotta money for a bike. Of course, I’d promise to ride it all the time and ride it once or twice then exclaims that it hurts my back. Ha.

Lou, I couldn’t agree with you more. I put all these blankets and pads on top of the mattress. It helped a little. Really just a tiny bit.
