    Wasn't very successful today with the UAC, didn't log everything at the time but did an estimated "Quick Add" after. I went over calorie budget and didn't exercise.

    My health hack? I was a binger, and I had to work through a self help book on Self Sabotaging Behaviour. I still struggle but I have some strategies to combat this now. I also recognize why I do this and my triggers.

    Back for the later time zone posts.

    We have so many strategies at our disposal. It's our choice which ones we choose. However, the posts today show that our 3 UAC habits are central to sustained weight loss and eventual maintenance.
    1. Under calorie goal - keeping CI < CO is key. How we do it is our personal choice.
    2. Tracking is how we know if we have achieved #1
    3. Exercise: necessary to keep our bodies in good condition. Can provide extra calories to augment our chosen goal

    @Jana_2020 <> Hang in there. Developing strategies takes time and practice. I used to have problems with remembering everything I ate. I found that logging in advance proved a great strategy to combat that. Also using the copy option allows you to copy whole days ahead, and saving recipes and meals makes this easy to do.
