Hi Mark! Hope you are doing great! Its really great to see you motivated to change the state you are right now! I know its hard to keep positive when your body is always saying "no", but im sure you will get through this! The amazing thing about diabetes is that when you lower your weight, the complications reduce a lot, and for example the hurting in the feet goes away!.

Hope you can keep yourself motivated through difference things for example this group, feel free to write anything in your mind!
