Good Saturday Morning! I am on the home stretch here. I still cannot thank this group enough for keeping me motivated yet another week!
My steps are sketchy this week. Apparently the fitbit died sometime in the night Thursday, so I wore it all day yesterday and it recorded NOTHING! LOL. Oh well. I'll take the number it gives me, even if that number is zero.

I am so close to my weight zone! Goal is 125, although my zone will stay between that and 128. Why did I chose 128? That's my weight before I ever had children. My babies are twins and will be 25 tomorrow. My birthday is next Saturday... next weigh-in day. I'll be 49. My birthday goal was to be in the 133 range. I made it before that day. Current weight loss to goal is 77%. Setting my goal for birthday at the 80% mark - 131.8. I haven't seen these numbers in years!

Today, I am winterizing the farm. We have a freeze warning coming tonight, so I have to make sure everyone stays warm and dry. I'll be hauling hay bales and finishing up the pen for the Polish chickens. Then it's on to chicken-izing the rest of the fence to put the Silkies with the Emu. The duck hut needs some work, and I have to get started on the nursing home for my three aging hens. Hopefully, I can start moving the turkeys to their new habitat. Then, I have to make shirts for my girls and start making Christmas tumblers for my daughter and her work crew. My weekends are always busy and full.6 -

I have to admit I am pretty disappointed with my weight for today since I put a lot of effort over the past two weeks: I've been walking every day and swimming every Friday, I managed to avoid sweets recently, I stayed within my calorie limit most of the time and what? My digestion system decides to go on strike and hold its "treasure"! Even the herbal tea, which usually helps in such situation, does not work this time. I guess it's all in my head - I want to get that number down too hard. So today I will be focusing on not giving up because I am very close to. This Saturday seems like stay-at-home day but I plan to walk to the library to return a book - it's a 60-90 minute round trip.3 -

I forgot to post yesterday… This is a pretty large gain but I’m actually ok with it, being that 4 weeks ago I was at 324 and basically lost 18 pounds in two weeks while I was sick with Covid. I thought I did well with my eating last week, I just need to get my exercise back on track but I was just exhausted going back to work last week after being sick and off for almost three weeks.

I have not been able to get into the community page for days. thank you @minstrelofsarcasm for the links. for some reason since the update it's not working on my phone. i have logged off and even deleted the app. i contacted support and they are not that helpful. i can get in on the computer though which i just found out. i am hoping to get back on track this week, i want to get back to walking, i keep having such a hard time. i have my granddaughter after work and it's starting to get too cold to take her for a walk and by the time my son gets home i do not want to work out. i do know i need to change that. i do meal prep because i have to get her food ready for school so i will do mine. we went out to eat this weekend and i got fish and salad which is good for me because i would usually get crap and i only had 2 drinks. we also went christmas shopping all weekend and i can say i am almost all done. my husband and i decided to not get each other gifts this year and just go away for a either a night or a weekend, haven't decided yet. now i am exhausted though and i am going to go catch up on some shows i have on my dvr. hopefully i can also check in more frequently now that i can get in to the page.3

@jessicakrall8 has agreed to step up to the role of Moderator! She has been a fantastic captain for Team Trimstones for a long time, and we are very glad to have her join us. Jessica will be taking on the Group Challenges, as well as the ongoing work to keep the teams running smoothly, our members getting the most out of Fat 2 Fit, and the Captains and Motivators getting all the support they need. She will still be at the helm of the Trimstones, and I am sure they will agree that she is worth sharing with the entire Group. Welcome!

I have recently been taken off the dating market, which is most definitely unrelated to the reason why I did not sleep at my place last night and thereby disrupted my morning routine (including doing my weekly weigh-in). Alright, alright, moving in the right direction. Happy to be losing some of that bloat, ready to get back into the 160s and maybe stay there this time. Although it's almost the holiday season and all of my plans revolve around food, so we'll see how long it will take to get back where I want to be. Weird to think that, three years ago, I was in the high 150s and unhappy with it.3 -

Monday was my hubby's birthday. We had take out for dinner(I had fish and rice) which my daughter brought us along with half a cherry pie and I baked a cake. Since he won't eat the cherry pie it was all mine. And yummy - one more slice to go. The cake is also good so I know where the two pounds came from. I plan to do better until Thanksgiving Day which of course I will be eating all day.4 -
Hello team. I am so sorry to have to leave the group. Knowing you all were here was very helpful. I am on an extended travel while helping my children and my customers. I won't be back home until March 1st. I'm finding the MFP app impossible to use for group posts. (It won't recognize my login). I'm moving around so much that my desktop isn't always available. I don't want to be that person that is always in trouble for not being on time.4
