Calories: Hmm...my calories have been really low lately. I guess my eating routine truly has become an ingrained habit and now I have to figure out how to change my mind set to add more calories.5 -
Exercise: more than an hour of walking in my exergame. (452 fitbit exercise calories earned!!)

In Goal: even with deliberately eating some of the exercise calories for my evening snack, I STILL left over 200 "in the pot!)
Pass days used so far: 2/3
No matter what happens tomorrow (Nov 30) I WILL be in the Winner's Circle. I don't anticipate any reason to need a pass, but even that wouldn't put me over the limit.

🎉 Calories (just about exactly my limit and all exercise calories in the bank)
🎉 Exercise - long dog walk today to the pet store; found and got Beau fitted for a new head harness that (knock on wood 🪵) has him behaving very obediently. Continued the walk and was our longest and most enjoyable in weeks 🥰 (well, since the ice and snow arrived). Feeling more hopeful. 🤞🏻

Well in answer to the above I am neither a winner nor a champion, as I am posting 3 days in one go now. We hosted a big family lunch yesterday and so the only exercise I have gotten since finishing work Saturday, has been a lot of hectic house cleaning! Plus I did not fully track and suspect my calories were over.
That said, the wheels have not fallen off, wobbly though they may be. I am still very much 'here' and keen to stay on track.

✅ exercise - 45mins TRX. At times during class I felt like I was going to be sick 🤢 I don’t know what it is but it also happens to me during bodypump when we’re doing. Floor work/ab work. Any ideas?
✅ calories - well under. I burned so many calories today between class and cleaning the house. From 6am - 8pm I didn’t stop moving! I did take two 30 minute breaks for food though.
