Saturday started early just after 4am, everyone just seemed to wake up and start going here. The morning started off pretty well but by noon was just bonkers. When everyone went to bed I was tired and sat down with my phone to catch up with things and fell asleep! So I put myself to bed also.
I honestly don't remember the quantity of everything I ate, I just grabbed things I could eat when I could, which were all normal items except some Doritos (just a few though, was not satisfying in any way). I am sure I went over on calories based on feeling a little wonky, could have just been carbs perhaps, or all of the above.
So I figured it was a pass day, didn't quite realize it was a 3 x No until posting though.
Today could be better, or at least I can perhaps be better prepared. I'm going to pre-log and try to fix lunch and dinner in the next hour or so, treat it like a rushed weekday morning. 😎5 -

I'm so guilty of this in the past! "Oh I'm over my calories. Oh well back on it tomorrow might as well order a giant cheeseburger" "well I can just restart in January right? December is a write off".
I've been much better this time round. So for example I know I'm going to have lots of pass days in December with Christmas and multiple birthdays. So I decided to lower my calorie goal for the whole month by a couple of hundred calories to mitigate the damage and my aim is to minimise the pass days and not use them as go crazy days.4 -

Pass day.
I was struggling with the whole "put off resetting until after Christmas" and I fixed that by weighing myself right after dinner on a day I went off the rails, fully clothed and stuffed the the brim with food. OH THAT NUMBER WAS HAUNTING. I knew it was going to be because clothes, food mass, water weight from salt, etc- but that was the whole point and seeing it was really a kick in the pants to not wait until the new year. Sometimes you just need to scare yourself back on track. LOL.5 -
Time got away from me. Back to mop up 😂
