@jugar
Please add mszoueb to the January spreadsheet. She is returning after some time off. Her weigh in day is Monday and a starting weight will follow.1 -
@jugar
I have messaged most people on support plus a few previous members who were dropped. Please leave piqueaboo on support for another month. Jpedno and amymartin555 haven’t logged into mfp in quite a while. I did message them anyway. Hopefully, I will hear back from the rest.
Also, can you change the NWI to an LWI for 888angie888. I will update the weight on spreadsheet. Thanks!1 -
@jugar
Could we change the NWI for @bumpbreakcar to excused? I checked in with her last week and the holiday wackiness interfered.1 -
@jugar Please switch Yukie_OP/Shape Shifters from NWI to LWI. She reported in late due to holiday schedule. Thanks!

Happy almost end of 2021!
I just sent out the link to the new spreadsheet for January - I'll keep entering the starting weights, so you only need to work on December and we'll get everything ready to go! Keep me posted if anyone is coming back from support to regular or vice versa, and all that fun stuff. Thanks for a great year1 -
Can you move dsgoingtodoit to support? I am hoping they will change their mind and come back to us.1

So, I'd like some advice, from captains...
I switched to support several months ago for several reasons: I was having a lot of trouble with my shoulder (partial dislications and never fully relocating, constant pain, mobility issues), my job was super hectic, I was very stressed and eating all the salty foods (to be fair, I'm a salt fiend on a good day...bad days....well, watch out), not getting any exercise (partly because of workload, partly because even a little movement hurt), eating too much takeout, and not sleeping well. I just was not in the headspace I needed to be. Things have calmed down at work, I'm in PT for the shoulder. It isn't 100% yet, but I can see the end of tunnel. There is still inflamation but not as much. Because it doesn't hurt so much, I'm getting more exercise and sleeping (thank god!). I'm doing a little better on the takeout/salt arena.
So my advice question...would I be better served staying on support 1 more month while I sort out this pesky shoulder or should I jump back on the challenge team for January?1 -

Hi @melaniedscott Glad to hear work is calming down. I have a stressful job too and when it's nuts there, I'm a mess, so I completely get that! If it were me, I'd jump back on the challenge team because I think I work harder and I love the competitive nature of it. You know yourself better than anyone else, but it sounds (from what you've described) that you've pretty much slain the beast at this point and I think it will push you a little more, but completely your call. Have a happy New Year! Great things to come, for sure! Hope your shoulder continues to improve!

@jugar I've kept in touch with members who've left the team and ac204 requested information about returning. I've told her (Anne) about the new team name and sent her the link for the Registration page. I tried to go back through the spreadsheets (as far back as August), but I can't remember if she left from Support or was dropped. In any case, I gave her instructions to find her way back to registration and gave her the new name. Just thought I'd give you a heads up that she's seeking to rejoin.

@jugar Please move hipari/SS from the Support Team back to the active team. I've already filled in her requested weigh-in date and beginning weight. Thanks!

No problem! If she does not officially sign up, you can send her the direct link to the January chat thread and she can let you know there that she is back. Either way will work - it will be good to have her back!0 -
@jessicakrall8
Please remind PatriceFitnessPal to weigh in - the Goal Zone members must also weigh in every week. Thanks!0 -

@melaniedscott
I have copied and moved your question over to the January chat - I think it is good to continue the conversation there
