Ughh this is so hard

Hello all. I could use some support. I was sleeved back in 2012. I am hoping to get some help with recipes and any good snacks that will help me stay low in carbs and losing weight.

    One of my go to recipes, I keep a batch made up in the fridge. It's from Ryan Luedeke - Skinny Chili. 4 lbs 97/3 hamburger meat; 48 oz jar chunky salsa (or Picante sauce); 2 packets taco seasoning. I use my Instant Pot to make it. Brown the meat (I use Sear for 15-20 mins); add the salsa or sauce; add the taco seasoning. Mix together and cook for 15-20 mins more. I also add a dash of cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin. We use this by itself; as a dip; anything.
