OVER 70

I'm over 70, have a daughter and a son ( who is deceased) 5 grand-children ( and one deceased) and 3 great-grand-children with #4 on the way My husband and I live and love our home.

We both want to lose weight as we are both obese but this is more pressing for me as I await surgery - delayed by Corona Virus.

I love to read, make puzzles, work in y flower garden, go for long Sunday drives and go bowling at least 3 times a week.
I also sew, quilt, knit and crochet. I enjoy cooking and baking - even my bread.

This sums up who and what I like doing

    My goal for July 2021 is to lose 4 pounds. I will login daily and exercise 4 ties a week.

    I'm stuck! I think I'm lacking exercise. Today I will either walk or do stationary bike at home. I should login my food intake as well....

    Im still here! Not doing much progress, doing the yo-yo dance.
    This week, I will drink at least 48oz of water/tea
    I will also be eating servings and not portions.
    I'll also will weigh myself daily for the rest of November
    I'll check-in daily on this site.

    This here I will be under 200lbs ( aiming for 180 lbs by 12/31/22
    Don't look back. Just today is what I have - the present, what will I do today to each my goal?
