Who is on the plan in 2022? What do you think of it? I'll go first :-)
I'm only two months in, and I've lost 16 pounds. My goal is on a smaller scale, 20 pounds total, but I am having the hardest time with this last five pounds. When I started the plan, I was skeptical, thinking, "this is just expensive starvation!". That was the cravings talking. But it's worth it and here's why - overall, I feel that I've learned to see food as fuel vs. indulgences. I do feel that when I transition off the plan I can choose lower calorie "fuelings" to maintain my goal weight. Having to prepare "Lean and Greens" and getting creative on that front, has taught me to have a pallet for healthier choices.

I'm on plan! Working hard to get into fat burn. I was there for a minute, but got off track. SO HARD to get back on the wagon!

I started Optavia May 16 and have lost 22.6 pounds as of today. I have about 44 more pounds to go. Looking for a support group to keep me accountable. Especially in those days that the scale doesn’t move or when I have craving.3
