Ate at maintaince calories as went out for brunch. I was going to go on a bit of a comfort eating splurge last night as had a full on day but hubby must be able to pick up wen I'm about to do it..he said dnt binge lol and it worked it stopped me in my tracks so I had my treat but didn't go crazy. He's my super hero!!!! Lol!!! Xox4 -

I didn't track anything after breakfast. I'm strangely very pleased with just focusing on everything and everyone else lately. That's not a long term thing I should continue, but I am enjoying feeling better in general, so I'm going with it
for now and will get myself back into my time and routines soon enough, because that's just how I am.5 -

We added a new member to the family yesterday. Meet Owen. Heβs a 5 month old lab mix who is already in a size XL coat and trots down the street about as fast as I jog. His walk pushed my walk pace and I walk like a 15min mile. They said give him some time before I run with him since heβs just a puppy - heβs already faster than me when he runs so it should be fun to see how much that difference increases between now and when itβs nice out and we can hit the trail. LOL. Regardless, I will have quite the handsome running partner.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, another great hike in the woods and snowy trails. My little dog got to meet and play with two other dogs. Made her day and she made me laugh as I watched her play with other dogs in the snow

Iβm moved. My mother taught me this beginning when I was single digits. The first conversation beganβ¦ you have a condition called autism but weβre going to get through this together.
Today looking back I have two GD-s, have had a nice career after failing in a different career and I havenβt used anything as an excuse certainly not that.
