Today is my mother’s birthday – 93 years old- so we have had various family get-togethers over the weekend. And today my DIL called from the States – a video call to wish her a happy birthday – so we caught a few minutes of the children.

"Stretch the sweetness from the celebration so that it last a few days". This is what I say to myself when I have cakes, etc., It keeps me in-check and I do not go overboard. I hope you stretch the sweetness for a couple of days instead of taking a pass day except you've planned for it11 -

Well today it was MY turn to drop the ball! With only 28 days in the month, I flipped the mid month shout out to the 14th instead of the 16th...... and then promptly forgot to put a reminder in my phone to do the post today! Lol. Sorry about that gang! Seems like lately my whole life is based on "reminders" in my phone! I'm like the old guy on It's a Wonderful Life that had strings tied around each of his fingers for reminders! Lol.
I sure do appreciate each and every one of you and how everyone helps to keep this group running smoothly...... because I SURE couldn't do it by myself!

Hubby is cooking an amazing dinner for us right now. So while I will track and I've gotten my exercise (strength, walking, stretching and Peloton), I'll be over.
