✅✅✅ exercise today was a brisk 40 minute walk outside when one of my massage clients didn't show up for her appointment. Grrrr.

@WhatMeRunning i really like that but here in NY it’s more like trying to get through the ice!!
I braved to cold wind at lunch and went for a walk wished for my hat several times but stuck to my plan. I tracked and logged and ready for March.6 -

Pass day – we went out for the day and had dinner in a Chinese buffet restaurant – too difficult to track/estimate.
We travelled by train but had plenty of time for walking up and down the platforms while waiting – made good use of waiting for late trains. Also walked around Bath. Total steps for the day over 13,000.
